Control de Temperatura de Cocci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Definir temperaturas m\u00ednimas internas para asegurar la eliminaci\u00f3n de pat\u00f3genos microbianos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Tiempos y Temperaturas de Almacenamiento:<\/strong> Establecer l\u00edmites espec\u00edficos para el almacenamiento de productos perecederos, garantizando su inocuidad y frescura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Pr\u00e1cticas de Higiene Personal:<\/strong> Implementar protocolos de lavado de manos y el uso de equipo de protecci\u00f3n para evitar la contaminaci\u00f3n cruzada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.
